Juvelook Volume for gradual , natural-looking fullness

Juvelook Volume is a collagen-stimulating injectable for mild hollows and thinning areas of the face. At Bailor in Sinsa, a doctor decides where it helps — and where a filler or booster would suit you better.

What is Juvelook Volume?

Juvelook Volume belongs to the same product family as Juvelook Skin, but it is designed to sit deeper and support areas that have started to look flat or hollow. It contains PDLLA (poly-D,L-lactic acid), a biodegradable material that prompts the skin to produce collagen over time, together with hyaluronic acid that gives a little early support.

Unlike a classic hyaluronic acid filler, Juvelook Volume is not meant to sculpt a new shape in one visit. It is chosen when someone wants a softer, less detectable change that builds over weeks. Typical reasons people ask about it:

  • Temples or the sides of the forehead that look sunken
  • Early under-eye hollowness and crepey lower-lid skin
  • Flat front cheeks after weight loss or with age
  • Wanting to avoid the heavy or puffy look some people associate with filler

It is not a lifting device and will not correct significant sagging. For that, the doctor may talk you through Thermage or other lifting options alongside it.

Areas, options and prices

The product, dose and depth depend on the area. Thin under-eye skin needs a different plan from a deeper temple hollow, so the doctor matches the option to the anatomy rather than offering one fixed package:

Option Typical use Price
Juvelook Eye, 1 session Crepey or slightly hollow under-eyes ₩300,000
Juvelook Eye, 3 sessions Full under-eye course ₩800,000
Juvelook Volume 4cc Temples, forehead or front cheeks ₩400,000
Juvelook Volume 1 vial Several areas or larger hollows ₩750,000

Juvelook Volume or filler?

If you want a defined result straight away — for example a more projected chin or a filled tear trough before an event — a hyaluronic acid filler is usually the better tool; see under-eye fillers. If you prefer a quieter change and can wait for collagen to form, Juvelook Volume is often the gentler route. Some patients combine both, with the doctor planning the order.

What changes after Juvelook Volume

Right after treatment there is mild early support from the hyaluronic acid and some swelling. As that settles, PDLLA-driven collagen builds gradually, so the clearest change is usually seen 1–3 months after a course. Results typically last around a year or more, varying with age and lifestyle. Pairing it with Rejuran Healer can improve the skin surface at the same time.

How a Juvelook Volume visit works

  1. Doctor assessment The doctor looks at bone structure, fat pads and skin thickness to decide whether Juvelook Volume, filler or a booster fits.
  2. Numbing Numbing cream for about 30 minutes; the area is cleansed and marked.
  3. Injection 20–40 minutes using a fine needle or blunt cannula, placed in small amounts at the planned depth.
  4. Massage & cooling Gentle moulding and a cold pack; you get written aftercare and can return to normal activity.

If you are only in Seoul for a week, one session is still worthwhile, but the full effect appears after you fly home. Many visitors plan the follow-up sessions for their next trip, keeping 4–6 weeks between them.

Downtime, side effects and aftercare

Juvelook Volume is placed deeper than a skin booster, so recovery is a little longer. What to expect honestly:

  • Common: swelling, tenderness and small bruises for 3–7 days; injection points visible for a day or two; a slightly uneven feel that settles as the product spreads.
  • Less common: firm areas or small palpable bumps for several weeks, particularly under the eyes, and longer-lasting bruising.
  • Rare: infection, delayed nodules, allergic reaction, or blood-vessel compromise, which is a risk with any facial injection and needs urgent review.

Tell the doctor first if you

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding (treatment is postponed)
  • Take blood thinners, aspirin or supplements such as fish oil
  • Have an autoimmune condition, active skin infection or cold sores
  • Have had fillers or threads in the same area before

Avoid saunas, alcohol and hard workouts for 2–3 days and do not press hard on the area. If you notice increasing pain, colour change or a lump that grows, message us on WhatsApp with a photo straight away.

Juvelook Volume FAQ

How much does Juvelook Volume cost in Gangnam?

At Bailor Clinic in Sinsa, Juvelook Eye is ₩300,000 per session or ₩800,000 for 3 sessions, Juvelook Volume 4cc is ₩400,000 and 1 vial is ₩750,000, VAT excluded. See the Juvelook Volume price list.

What is the difference between Juvelook and Juvelook Volume?

Juvelook Skin works in the upper skin for texture and pores. Juvelook Volume is placed deeper to soften hollows and support thinner areas. The doctor chooses based on whether your main concern is surface quality or volume.

When will I see results?

Swelling settles in about a week. The collagen effect builds slowly, and most people notice the clearest change 1–3 months after their course.

How many sessions do I need?

Most plans use 2–3 sessions about 4–6 weeks apart. A single session gives a mild improvement; the doctor will tell you what is realistic for your face.

Is Juvelook Volume a filler?

It is an injectable with some immediate support, but it works mainly by stimulating collagen. It does not give the instant, defined shape of a hyaluronic acid filler.

Can I fly after treatment?

Yes, flying the next day is generally fine. Plan at least a week before important photos because of possible swelling and bruising.
